Shake vigorously to crush the mint and double-strain into a cocktail glass.

    Shake all but the bitters and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the bitters.

    • 1 oz bourbon
    • 1 oz dark rum
    • ½ oz Grand Marnier
    • ½ tsp raw sugar (such as Sugar In The Raw)
    • 3 oz boiling water

    Combine the first four ingredients in a London dock glass and add the water. Stir and garnish with a thin lemon wheel.
