Shake with cracked ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

• 1 ½ oz gin
• ½ oz maraschino
• ½ tsp blue curaçao
• ½ oz lemon juice

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

• 1 oz gin
• ¼ oz maraschino
• 1 oz orange juice
• ¼ oz lemon juice
• brut Champagne

Shake all but the brut and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with brut and garnish with an orange peel.

• 1 ½ oz gin
• 1 oz maraschino
• ½ oz lemon juice
• 5 pitted sweet cherries

Muddle four of the cherries with the maraschino and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Add the gin and ice, and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the remaining cherry.
