Blend and serve in a coupette or hurricane glass.

• 1 lime wedge
• 1 oz light rum
• 1 oz gold rum
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• ½ oz lime juice
• ½ oz simple syrup
• 1 small egg white
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• 1 dash Peychaud's bitters

Bruise the lime wedge in a cocktail shaker, add the remaining ingredients and ice, and shake hard to emulsify the egg white. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with tropical fruit.

• 1 ½ oz light rum
• 1 oz créme de banane
• ½ oz Kahlúa
• 1 oz coconut cream
• ½ small banana
• 1 large strawberry
• ½ cup ice

Blend and pour into a coupette glass.

• 1 oz dark rum
• 1 oz light rum
• ½ oz vodka
• ½ oz créme de banane
• ½ oz pineapple juice
• ½ oz coconut cream
• ¼ oz simple syrup

Shake and strain into a coupette glass into which please also place a little paper umbrella.
