    Muddle the lime eighths and sugar in a rocks glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice, pour in the cachaça, and stir.

    • 2 oz vodka
    • ½ lime, quartered
    • 1 tsp brown sugar

    Pour the vodka and sugar into a cocktail shaker and stir (or swirl) until the sugar is dissolved. Add the lime and muddle well. Fill a rocks glass ¾ full of crushed ice and then dump the ice into the shaker. Shake and pour everything back into the rocks glass.

    • 2 oz cachaça
    • 1 oz pineapple juice
    • 1 oz lemon juice
    • ¾ oz grenadine
    • ¼ oz simple syrup
    • 3 oz fizz water

    Shake all but the fizz water and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with the fizz water and garnish with pineapple.
