Moscow Mule

    Muddle the lime wedges, ginger, and sugar in a cocktail shaker. Add the vodka and ice, and shake. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and top with ginger beer. Lime wedge garnish.

    Pour the vodka and sugar into a cocktail shaker and stir (or swirl) until the sugar is dissolved. Add the lime and muddle well. Fill a rocks glass ¾ full of crushed ice and then dump the ice into the shaker. Shake and pour everything back into the rocks glass.

    Muddle the blueberries and ginger in a rocks glass. Pour in the gin and St-Germain and stir. Fill the glass with ice and top with ginger beer. Blueberry garnish.
