Pimm's Cup

    Pour everything but the fizz water into an ice- filled highball glass and stir. Top with the fizz water. Cucumber wheel garnish.

    Origin: This version is different from more traditional recipes, but better, I feel.

    • 1 oz brandy
    • 1 oz apricot liqueur
    • ½ oz lemon juice

    • 1 tsp simple syrup

    • 2 oz gin
    • 1 oz heavy cream

    • 1 egg white
    • 3 drops orange flower water

    Shake all but the fizz water furiously for at least one minute to emulsify the egg white. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and top with fizz water.

    • 2 oz Drambuie
    • ½ oz light rum
    • ½ oz lime juice
    • ½ oz lemon juice
