Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Flamed orange peel garnish.

• 2 oz gin
• 1 tsp Grand Marnier
• ½ oz lemon juice
• 1 tsp simple syrup
• 1 oz fizz water

Shake all but the fizz water and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with the fizz water and twist a lemon peel over the top.

• ¼ oz lemon juice

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Lemon peel garnish.
