Stir and strain into a cocktail glass.

• 1 ½ oz gin
• 1 oz sloe gin
• ½ oz simple syrup
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• fizz water

Shake the first four ingredients and strain into ice-filled highball glass. Top with fizz water. Cherry garnish.

• ⅓ oz crème de mure
• ¾ oz grapefruit juice
• ⅓ oz lemon juice
• ½ tsp simple syrup
• Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

• ¼ oz simple syrup
• 1 dash Angostura bitters

Build in an ice-filled rocks glass. Lemon wedge garnish.
