Shake all but the Chartreuse—keeping a spent lime shell handy—and strain into a crushed ice-filled rocks glass. Pour the Chartreuse into the lime shell and ignite. Allow the recipient of the drink to pour in the Chartreuse at his or her leisure.

Dissolve the brown sugar in the lemon and lime juices in a cocktail shaker. Add the other ingredients and ice, shake, and strain into a crushed ice-filled hurricane glass or tiki mug. Mint sprig garnish.
- 1 oz light rum
- 1 oz dark rum
- ½ oz Galliano
- 1 ½ oz pineapple juice
- 1 ½ oz orange juice
- ¾ oz lime juice
- 1 oz passion fruit syrup
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
Shake and strain into an ice-filled hurricane glass. Garnish with cherries and tropical fruit.
- 3 oz Sailor Jerry spiced rum
- 1 oz orange curaçao
- 1 tsp Luxardo maraschino
- 1 oz orgeat
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 2 oz ginger beer
Shake all but the ginger beer and strain into a tiki mug or highball glass half-full of crushed ice. Top with the ginger beer and serve with a swizzle stick and paper umbrella.
