• 1 ½ oz vodka
• ¾ oz St-Germain
• ½ oz Aperol
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• ¼ oz simple syrup

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Orange peel garnish.

• 2 oz Bombay gin
• ½ oz St-Germain
• ½ oz lemon juice
• ¼ oz simple syrup
• 2 dashes peach bitters
• 7 fresh mint leaves

Gently muddle the mint in a cocktail shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and ice, and shake. Double-strain into a martini glass. Lemon peel garnish.
