Build in a rocks glass and stir well to dissolve the coconut cream. Add ice and stir again. Dust with a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg.

• 1 oz Appleton V/X rum
• ¾ oz Giffard crème de banane
• ½ oz 151 rum
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz orange juice
• ½ oz lime juice

Shake and strain into an ice-filled tiki mug or highball glass.

• 1 oz 151 rum
• 1 oz gold rum
• 4 oz pineapple juice
• 2 oz coconut cream
• ¼ oz grenadine
• ½ banana
• ½ cup ice

Blend, pour into a coupette glass, and add a small blue umbrella made of paper.

• 1 oz dark rum
• 1 oz light rum
• ½ oz vodka
• ½ oz créme de banane
• ½ oz pineapple juice
• ½ oz coconut cream
• ¼ oz simple syrup

Shake and strain into a coupette glass into which please also place a little paper umbrella.
