Stir and strain into a cocktail glass.

• 1 oz Old Tom gin
• 1 oz Laird's applejack
• ¼ oz Cherry Heering
• ½ tsp Ardbeg 10-year Scotch
• ¼ oz simple syrup
• 5 drops Regan's orange bitters

Stir all but the bitters and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the bitters.

• 2 oz Old Tom gin
• ¼ tsp maraschino
• ¼ tsp lemon juice
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

• 2 oz Old Tom gin
• 1 oz sweet vermouth
• 1 tsp maraschino
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• 1 dash orange bitters

Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Lemon peel garnish.
