Rinse a cocktail glass with the Cynar and dump the excess. Stir the other ingredients and strain into the glass.

• 1 ½ oz Rittenhouse bonded rye
• 1 ½ oz Cynar
• ½ oz Dolin dry vermouth
• ½ oz Lustau amontillado sherry
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Lemon peel garnish.

• 1 ½ oz rye
• ½ oz dry vermouth
• ¼ oz Amer Picon
• ¼ oz maraschino

Stir and strain into a cocktail glass.

• 1 ½ oz Old Overholt rye
• ½ oz Dolin dry vermouth
• ½ oz Punt e Mes
• ½ oz Luxardo maraschino
• 1 dash Bitter Truth orange bitters

Stir and strain into a rocks glass. Flamed orange peel garnish.
