Build in a rocks glass without ice. Spanked fresh mint leaf garnish.

• 1 ½ oz cachaça
• ¾ oz Grand Marnier
• ½ oz Punt e Mes
• 1 tsp simple syrup
• ½ tsp Fernet-Branca

Rinse a rocks glass with the Fernet-Branca and dump the excess. Stir the other ingredients and strain into the glass. Lemon peel garnish. This drink smells like raisins.

• 2 oz Cocchi sweet vermouth
• ½ oz Fernet-Branca
• ¼ oz absinthe
• ¼ oz lemon juice

Shake and strain into a rocks glass containing a few ice cubes.

• 1 ½ oz rye
• ¾ oz St-Germain
• ¼ oz Fernet-Branca
• 4 oz apple cider

Heat the cider until it's very hot. Pour into a London dock glass and add the other ingredients.
