• 1 oz brandy
• ¼ oz Cointreau
• 1 oz lemon juice
• brut Champagne

Shake the first four ingredients and strain into a champagne flute. Top with brut. Lemon peel garnish.

• ¾ oz brandy
• ¾ oz applejack
• ¾ oz triple sec
• ¾ oz lemon juice

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

• 2 oz applejack
• ½ oz sweet vermouth
• 1 dash orange bitters

Stir well with cracked ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Lemon peel garnish.
