Muddle the apple in a cocktail shaker. Pour in the remaining ingredients, add ice, shake, and double-strain into a cocktail glass. Cherry garnish.

• 1 oz brandy
• 1 oz apricot liqueur
• ½ oz lemon juice
• ½ oz lime juice
• 1 tsp simple syrup
• fizz water

Shake first five ingredients and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with fizz water.

• 1 ½ oz vodka
• ½ oz triple sec
• ½ oz apricot liqueur
• ½ oz lime juice

Shake and strain into cocktail glass.

• 1 oz dark rum
• 1 oz gold rum
• 1 oz triple sec
• ¼ oz apricot liqueur
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• ½ oz orange juice
• ½ oz lime juice
• ½ oz orgeat
• ½ tsp simple syrup

Shake and strain into a tiki mug or highball glass half-full of crushed ice.
